Spinach salad

Spinach, uncooked champignon and hard-boiled egg salad with a sauce created from sunflower oil, lemon, onion, salt and pepper. try also this Soup with apple recipe too.

2 eggs

¼ of onion

½ lemon

5 tablespoons of sunflower oil

salt

pepper

200 g of mushrooms

150 g of spinach for a salad

Tips on how to proceed

Preparation:

approx. 20 minutes

Cook dinner the eggs in boiling water for approx. 10 minutes, move them beneath chilly water and peel them.

Chop the onion. Finely grate the lemon zest and squeeze the juice. Combine every little thing with oil and season with salt and pepper. Clear the mushrooms and lower them into skinny slices. Prepare the spinach on the plates with the mushrooms. Slice the hard-boiled eggs and prepare them on the salad.
